KYLE KLAUS

Kyle Klaus is an actor and a successful entrepreneur from Pottstown, PA. He moved to NYC after college in 2008 to pursue his acting career. While doing so, he achieved great success through real estate sales and investing, becoming a millionaire by age 30.

He quickly became a broker and opened his first business in 2012, Prestige Properties, a real estate firm with multiple offices in the state of New Jersey. He is also a partner and investor in real estate developments in the area. In 2019, his team reached Platinum Level for sales volume in a single year. Klaus is also the owner/founder of The North Pole, an online retail company, and recently started dipping his toes into the restaurant business. While running successful businesses, Klaus can also be seen on TV shows like The Blacklist, Billions, Homeland, Happy! and The Last O.G. to name a few.
